Our Leadership Team
There is active accountability within our leadership team – our pastor is accountable to the Deacons and Elders, and they in turn are accountable to the Pastor and the congregation. If you have any worries, concerns, ideas, or requests – please feel free to approach any member of the leadership Team.
The leadership team meet once a month to discuss the Church ministries, new ventures and anything else that the congregation might raise. This meeting is called the "oversight meeting".
Having been a cabaret performer working in variety along side many famous people, Del became a Christian in 1987. Del's wife Carol (a professional pianist and singer) came to the faith at the same time. The Lord saved Del from a background in the occult and spiritualism, and healed and restored their broken marriage. In 1999 Del became the Pastor at Wellspring Pentecostal Church, Welling, where he served for nine years and saw the Church flourish and grow. Del became the Pastor at Bexley Christian Life Centre in August 2011, where again he has seen much growth. Additionally Del is the Police Chaplain for Bexley Borough and also works as a presenter on Revelation TV.
